Fare evasion:

1. All RECORDS (as that term is used in Government Code Sections 6250-6276.48) which refer or relate to all facts, which support or were considered, in connection with the statement, “Each year, Metro loses hundreds of thousands of dollars to riders who don’t pay their fares”, published in the “Metro Briefs” appearing on page 15, Section A, of the August 4, 2016 “Daily Breeze”.
2. All data, reports, counts, calculations, analyses and other RECORDS (as that term is used in Government Code Sections 6250-6276.48) from which the amount of money Metro loses each year to riders who don’t pay their fares.
3. All RECORDS (as that term is used in Government Code Sections 6250-6276.48) which refer to or reflect any and all tickets, citations, fines or other actions to enforce the requirement to pay fare for each and every ride on a Metro bus or train at any time since January 1, 2010.
