Hi, my name is Fabrizio Garau and I am currently working as an intern at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Marketing/Customer Experience Department. I've been tasked by my boss to create a project that includes budgets of marketing department of the biggest transportation authorities around the country. So I was wondering if you could provide me with this information; and if not, if you could kindly point me in the direction of someone who does. Specifically, we are looking for non-labor costs and advertising/media costs. We would also love to share our research with you if you are interested.
