I have an admin hearing on March 12, 2020 at 2pm regarding parking violation P01021668263. 

I am formally submitting a Request for Production of Documents (RPD) that I require for my Admin Hearing. 

Please deliver the following either electronically or my mail. 

  1. All written “initial review request” submitted to the dept related to Universal/Studio City transit parking lot between the dates of Jan. 1 2017 and Feb 1 2020.
  2. Records of public notification of the change from free to paid parking at same metro lot as above.
